Positive: One of the best farmhouses/properties I've stayed at. Fantastic landscaping, plenty of spaces to walk around while the rest of the family was having fun; a great pool for a swim or a dip. And amazing food. Everything about the place felt comfortable, easy and homely. We had a great weekend and would definitely consider going back here again.

Negative: I've given a couple of suggestions for improvement to the owner privately - none of them negative and only to add further value to the amazing property. He was gracious in taking them on board.

Positive: The property was very huge, maintained and refreshing. Toilets were very clean. Its a wonderful place to just chill with family and friends. The host were very cooperative. They were clear about dos and don'ts. Since the property was not used since more than a month, it was slightly dusty, but was taken care of what ever we requested was catered. The highlight was water rafting in Karjat(which is not known to a lot of people and the property manager suggested us to go for it).

Summary: Overall a good stay. Recommended for large number of people who want to go and relax over weekend.

Positive: We were a group of 10. The place is well maintained and ample of open spaces to relax and play, well maintained gardens and swimming pool, and a cricket pitch too! The atmosphere was homely and the food also tasted like home cooked. We could do our own barbeque mix with equipment and coal available at the property. Proximity to River rafting site was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the river rafting in Ulhas river nearby.

Negative: Only one wash basin in the common area between 4 rooms (and 3 bathrooms) was a constraint. Would suggest addition of curd and desserts to lunch/dinner menu. There was an electricity cut in the area during the night and invertor ran out of power. Genset was started by the caretaker in the morning when enquired.
