Positive: I stayed with my family with 2 kids in their 1 bedroom villa. Key highlights which can help fellow travellers are: 1. Location: We were able to visit Nainital, Bhimtal, Mukteshwar, Jim Corbett in our 4 day stay. Nainital is only 30 min through a cheat way(perfect for a sedan/suv size vehicle) , all other locations can be visited comfortably from this location without any traffic restrictions especially in peak season. 2.Space: Big size rooms and well ventilated. We also used sofa cum bed for our kids, they enjoyed it. 3. The kitchen is well maintained and can be used for selected cooking. 4. Ample sunlight in both the room and perfect morning view from the balcony. And it's quite big even for 2 kids to play. 5. Lots of lawn space and walking track . You will never feel bored. 6. Staff is very helpful, food is perfect as it's cooked at the location as per your demand. You will never feel bored with food and hospitality. Mukesh ji goes beyond expectations to make your stay perfect. 7. Barbeques and night fire places are highlights of evenings.

Positive: The owner and the host of this fabulous villa is superb words will be less to describe their service tht they provided to us .if u book this villa u should speak to me Harish and Sonu they will make u feel so cfortable and make u feel like u r very important guest .i am ending over here or I will just say and say I will suggest all the people who is looking to go to nanital must stay is on outskirt but the scenery the ambience is out of the world with a breathtaking view. Thank u Sonu and Harish ji for making my holiday so special.

Positive: Very comfortable and spacious accommodations, we upgraded to a two bedroom cottage that was on two levels, and had a lot of space, very nice lawn to sit out and enjoy the sunset, great views from the property. Food was purchased as per our requirements fresh from local market and cooked and served, it was sumptuous.
Negative: Better signage, it was a bit difficult to find the property off the main road.
Summary: Comfortable accommodations with great view and spacious rooms.
