Positive: It is cozy, the place is cute, the owner I believed it the staff was very nice. The bed is rather small if you are a big person you may not find it very comfortable. But it's Japan, everything is small lol the place is clean. Got all you need. Perfect for us. You can also walk to the temple n the cultural street. Forgot how long it takes. But it is totally walkable.

Negative: None. The location is a bit far but I know it before I booked it. It was not a big deal. It is walking distance to mall n shops. We could take bus I guess but I couldn't be bothered to wait or find out. it is not so frequent. Need to walk on roads with no side walks or very narrow side walk. Just be aware.

Positive: Glad that staff had turned on the air conditioning to cool down the room before we checked in, which is considerate given this exceptionally hot summer weather. Clean and ready made futon beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the privacy of an attached bathroom. Free and easily accessible parking space.

Negative: Staff is not always on site throughout the day and night, so you would need to sort out any issues early on before staff leave. There is no elevator, so for those with issues climbing stairs to the upper floor, best to request a ground floor room in advance. Quite a distance from the train/subway station if you had to walk with heavy luggage.

Positive: It was very clean to stay. I could park my rent car infront of the hotel. There were many nice restaurant nearby. One of the best nearby restaurant is Takumi.

Positive: Conveniently situated, clean and exactly what we were expecting. The free coffee, bread, eggs was a nice touch.

Summary: Perfect place to stay over on our way through Narita. Will keep it in mind next time we are passing through.
