Summary: The hotel staff are nice and the rooftop pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The restaurant has an impressive view but the menu is quite extravagant and extremely limited. Room service only offers the few dishes that are on the main restaurant menu. We felt quite isolated as there are no restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. You really do need to hire a car - but driving there as a tourist is quite scary! Taxis are slow to come and quite expensive. The rooms are very basic but the AC was cold and the wifi worked well (on the lower floors only).

Summary: Didn’t have WiFi for the entire time only work in some rooms. Where the pool is situated doesn’t encourage you to want to use it

Summary: The staff was wonderful from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant (enjoyed the food for breakfast and dinner). Free parking was great. Car recommended to get around, be prepared for roundabouts. Street food restaurant across the street was a plus. The hotel has basic 3 star comparable Caribbean rooms with limited internet (downstairs at least) but would stay again depending on the type of trip.

Summary: To be clear, I base this on the north american standards I am used to. The front desk staff was not very welcoming or friendly, however check in was fairly quick. The code for the internet was posted on a sign at the front desk and when i asked about it, he said to take a picture. The internet only worked in the lobby or the bar...not in the rooms. We went to order a pizza and were told we cant place a call from our room. They did dial the number from the front desk for us. The pool and outside bar area were lovely!! Nice to sit up there and have a drink in the warm air. There is a $46 charge on my credit card (on top of the room charge) that might be some sort of tourist tax??? I have no clue as it was not explained. The room was clean and functional and we were only there one night so it suited our needs. It is dated and felt cramped, but we did have a small table and chairs that we appreciated. I felt the price we paid was too high for what we got, but again, used to hotels in Canada and the US.
