Positive: I loved the surroundings of the whole of the resort, so many options of places to relax or eat we didn’t have time to go to all of them. The view of the beach was amazing, you could walk out onto the beach as far as you wanted. Definitely coming back

Negative: Very difficult to say what I didn’t like about it.

Summary: My stay at this resort with my family was welcoming, best customer service, safe and extremely fun. Great resort for fam

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful, except the reception. Especially good service by Wimbi diving team, that operates at site. The beach was good and sunbeds around the pool comfortable. Plenty of trees growing at the hotel area, so it’s nicely green. Good wifi. Towels were changed daily.

Negative: The roof of our bungaloo started leaking, when it was raining. And the leakage was just over our bed. I spent a couple of hours at the reception sorting out this problem, before we were moved to another room. The hotel description says, that it has kid’s club, but actually it doesn’t. Once there was a playground, which is now a storage of broken stuff. Water in the shower was barely warm. And if you happenned to have shower around 6p.m., when everyone back to their rooms, then there was no water at all, so I had to wait. Nothing was done about this. Generally the rooms are depreciated and not so clean. Many small fixings required. Constant electricity cuts, that might happen several times every evening. When we were checking out, the porters and security guards stopped us several times, saying, that something was unpaid, though the bill was closed. This was very disturbing.

Summary: Generally an average 3* hotel, not more. Only great animation and diving team saves the situation a bit.

Negative: All inclusive is an illusion. Many things were not included and they were exeptionally expensive. We were 4 people in a beach bungalow. 1 bed was very small and placed in the far end from the noisy AC under an even more broken and noisy fan so We slept 3 persons in a double bed 🫤

Negative: Upon departure, I paid and settled everything, got the receipt and all. I went out to wait for my transfer agency taxi. The resort safety at the gate told me I couldn’t leave and had to go back (on foot with my suitcases!!!) for an unknown “minor problem”. I felt like a prisoner, sorry! I said : “What problem?” - he replied: “I do not know” (?), I said “Well then call and ask!!”, he called but there was no way to know what the mysterious problem was, so I didn’t go back (all the way to the reception with my suitcases!! I had already cleared everything, I was sure!). This was not acceptable. You can’t block people for a “possible - non existing - unknown - “problem”.

Summary: Departure spoiled everything
