Positive: The swimming pool and the surrounding sunbathing area were very good - apart from the pool water being rather cool. The bathrooms were good and the air-conditioning worked well. We had several changes of bed linen and towels.

Negative: The main living area and kitchen were well below par. The kitchen area was too small and was difficult to prepare and cook meals there. There were few cupboards to store food and kitchen utensils were derisory. The furniture, including the beds, were of a poor quality and need upgrading to a better quality. The tv is unnecessary as it could not receive any english channels - broadband was available so it could be possible to include satellite channels on the tv. The bathroom sinks had no plugs so a lot of water was being wasted. The dining area had no place mats or beer mats to place hot plates/cups. We could only find one parasol which wasn't torn or broken. The timer on the oven did not work.

Summary: A pleasant enough stay but the property needs modernising to match the price that is being charged.

Positive: It was great to be able to go into the house a few hours earlier than the usual check in time and Panikos was very helpful all week. It was great to have 3 bathrooms!

Negative: The cooking / kitchen facilities were extremely limited. The beds in the twin room weren't very comfortable - thin mattresses. The whole place needs refreshing.

Summary: Basic but pleasant place to relax for a week

Positive: Many thanks for our calm and carefree vacations!!! Very friendly and caring owners...Always in touch, and all problems are resolved very quickly. Very comfortable and cozy villa. The pool is cleaned every day. A great place for those looking for peace and comfort. We will definitely come next year again. (A car is essential, as is the case throughout Cyprus.)

Positive: The view from the villa is exceptional.

Negative: The property is very tired and hadn’t been cleaned adequately. Bathrooms are seriously needing to be refurbished. Cooking equipment inadequate. Washing machine drawer was disgusting.

Summary: This villa could be so much more if some time and money was spent to upgrade the bathrooms in particular.
