Positive: Spacious and comfortable, location and views were amazing, the apartment was very well equipped and had a welcoming feel about it. There were nice walks from the apartment, places to swim and many very good restaurants.

Negative: We were on the fourth floor and the lift was out of action for some of our stay, probably caused by the storm, but only a problem when we were leaving. However, the owner did all he could to get it repaired and no one was to blame for the lift failure. A couple of very small niggles - the en-suite shower was not very powerful and we could not fill the en-suite sink because the plug didn’t seal.

Summary: Very enjoyable week with interesting weather, loved the apartment and loved Xlendi

Positive: We were earlier than expected and Miriam was still there cleaning that apartment. She was delightful and helpful and let us leave the bags in the hall while she finished off cleaning and we went off to explore the town. Great little town with lots of places to eat. Apartment had everything needed for 5 adults and a baby, travel cot and highchair provided. Air conditioning and fans easy to work and effective. Good clear instructions sent by the host. Three really nice double bedrooms, all with external access. There is a wonderful terrace with fab view. The apartment is only 5 minutes or so from the town centre (uphill, not too steep a climb), but couple of restaurants closer. Owner was very responsive to messages and very helpful.

Positive: Location was lovely. It was very close to the to restaurants and wonderful walks. The bus stop was handy and convenient. The parking was easy and free on the street. We stayed out of season so parking might be harder in summer.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed 5 relaxing days on Gozo.

Positive: Very nicely appointed apartment. Location close to the great beach. Easy street parking. Terrace sunny most of the day.

Negative: Complicated system for recycling, luckily we stayed short enough to avoid studying what to throw away when and where.
