Summary: Everything was wonderful, but I have to talk about how absolutely sweet every member of the staff was that we spoke to. It was like coming home each night! Everything was very clean and extremely well kept, and we enjoyed staying in a traditional Japanese-style ryokan during our stay in Osaka. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Dotonbori, and within an easy half a mile from Namba Station, Kuromon Market, Nippombashi Station, and tons of shopping and tourist attractions. Can’t recommend enough, and we will definitely be back when we return to Osaka!

Summary: Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. The view over the canal was a great place to sit and drink tea/coffee. This place would not be ideal for those with mobility issues as it is more traditional and you sleep on floor mattresses.
