Summary: Clean rooms and great service. Some staff know some English and if they dont they will try their best to help you. Food was excellent! Be sure to get their breakfast and dinner! The onsen was relaxing.

Summary: The staff were very accommodating and kind. Our experience here has become a highlight in our Japan trip! Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients. The onsets were big and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay here!

Summary: This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend

Summary: Beautiful property and inside/outside onsen. Splurge for the (9 course!) set dinner and breakfast option - we got lucky and were assigned a private room to enjoy the elegance. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful town!

Summary: Love this traditional Japanese style hotel. Staff are very friendly. The dinner and breakfast included in my stay were superior. Beautiful services and beautiful yukata. Will recommend to everyone.
