Summary: We had an amazing time at this hotel. We were here for two nights for our 10th Anniversary and they gave us a free room upgrade, chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine was in the room when we arrived. We also recieved a free dessert at Forte and had an unbelievable experience at the Nordic Spa next door. Highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: The Nordic Spa was great, very relaxing and clean we enjoyed it a lot. The service at the bistro however wasn’t that good. We were trying to order some drinks and the lady at the front was very reluctant to help us and would barely let us order. My friend ordered a few ounces of just baileys in a cup and she said they charge by the ounce which is fine but then only gave him half of what he paid for then proceeded to argue that she was right. I also ordered a hot chocolate and only received a cup of hot milk, didn’t even bother going back to ask about it after how she treated my friends. Dinner was also not great. We went to the Italian restaurant and got the buffet, it was terrible! The food was disgusting, dry and flavourless. It’s definitely not the kinda food u pay for it tasted like airport lounge food. The service also wasn’t great we never really got checked on and we waited so long for our bill that we thought we had to pay at the front. When we went to the front to go pay our waitress yelled at us that we can’t leave till we paid, like we were trying to leave without paying or something. That’s when we finally got our bill and left. We even refused the free breakfast they offered us and just went somewhere in Calgary cause going back was just not worth it. Other then that the spa was amazing and we really liked the variety for the pools and how relaxing it felt and how all the people (minus the lady at the bistro) were all super nice and helpful.
