Positive: The room was very clean. It had a very good hairdryer and a full-length mirror, which I really wanted! It was close to the train station and about 15 minutes from the Colosseum. Additionally, the service from the staff was excellent; I asked for an iron and they provided it immediately.

Positive: The place is in center, near the famous colloseum, food court- Mercato centrale, where the train station & bus station to airport are. Lots of local restaurants & shops as well. We love the well equipped outdoor fitness gym just across tge colleseum.

Positive: Great location, nice clean room which was comfortable.

Negative: One day the hot water wasn’t working which was a bit annoying. City tax had to be paid in cash but they didn’t have any change so had to go out to get change and come back.

Positive: The location was good, near a metro line and walking distance from the train station, if not very close to the big tourist attractions. The room was clean and bright, with a window onto the street. The nearby corner bar is a great place for coffee in the morning and seems to be very popular with locals at night for beer and pizza.

Negative: The room's door lock is difficult to use. I always had a lot of trouble locking and unlocking it. The bathroom sink is tiny and the mirror's placement made it very difficult to lean over to wash your face.

Summary: Clean comfortable and not too far from the train station.

Positive: The location near the termini station, the communication with the staff and it was very clean.

Negative: Some guests in other rooms make a lot of noise when getting in our out.
