Summary: It's an absolutely beautiful historic Japanese home in a relatively quiet neighborhood. It's a great way to escape the business of the bigger cities for a couple days. Check in was easy and friendly. The train station is only a 5 minute walk away and they have a Family Mart about a 5-10 minute walk away. The beach is also only a 10-15 walk away so this is a very conveniently located hotel. It is a traditional Japanese home though so don't expect comfy king size beds, tvs, couches or much comfort. But that's part of the experience. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars for me is just due to the price versus the comfort. I feel like without the comforts of bigger beds, better heating/cooling system, comfy chairs, etc, that the price should be a bit lower.

Summary: The owner was very polite. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The stairs to the second floor were a little steep but it was no issue for me and my friends. The beach is near by and also the train station. Would 100 percent recommend.

Summary: Traditional Japanese life experience！ It was the most perfect house of my dreams. When I think of Japan, this is the exact house and layout that comes to mind. Great price, next time I will stay for a few more days to enjoy the tranquility. Everything was beyond excellent. And the host was informative, patient,welcoming and very friendly. When I think of Japan, i think the host’s hospitality and the amazing house. Highly recommend!!
