Positive: The location of the property is good, offering a beautiful sea view. However, it feels like maintenance and guest comfort are not a priority. The place is quite remote, so having a car is essential. The nearest shop or restaurant is about 10 minutes away by car, and on foot you can only reach Kaladi Rock Beach. It’s a beautiful place with great potential, but unfortunately, it feels neglected.

Negative: The villa is very basic – you can only prepare Schwarz coffee, as there is no stove, no microwave. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the overall cleanliness of the villa was disappointing, to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool. The air conditioner was like a piece of furniture - yes, it was there, but it wasn't plugged in.

Summary: A neglected, yet once beautiful place!

Positive: Amazing views and hospitality! Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Aegean. Quiet and remote location - only a few minutes drive to the most attractive town of Avlemonas. Your host Betty will greet you, pamper you, attend to all your needs and provide great information and tips for sightseeing the island.

Negative: We experienced energy shortages every day! This hotel is built “off-grid” and therefore relies 100% on renewable energy! This is not a bad thing, but surely some upgrades are needed to the aging equipment. Our group of 4 people lacked sufficient hot water every day.

Summary: A very pleasant stay - despite some minor inconveniences…thanks to a wonderful staff

Positive: The people and the service were exceptional and helped us from the first day we arrived until we left. The children had much fun in the pool. The view from balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended for families.

Positive: Relaxed and spacious rooms. Very friendly stuff. Amazing pool view and from bedroom can see straight the sunrise.

Negative: Facilities are very old , not renewed or upgraded for the paid price. Bathroom no curtain even, no air condition in the bedroom , no kitchen supplies to make coffee (there is shared coffee machine in the pool patio). No bar to buy a drink in the pool or a snack. Very poor maintenance for the excessive price per night

Positive: The location with super views, the staff - the delightful Mrs Betty and her husband were helpful, warm and really went beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. Mr Panos the owner helped us map out our adventures across the island with great recommendations. Felt we were part of a little village!

Negative: Nothing really the accommodation was as I expected - clean and comfortable with everything required. People should remember that the villa’s are self catering on an island with limited infrastructure including this water resources after a very dry season.

Positive: The location and Miss Betty? Who did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Negative: This property could be an amazing place if it wasn’t for so many things that need to be fixed, replaced, updated. There is one iron, one blow dryer available for all the units. There is no air conditioning upstairs only downstairs but the main bedroom is upstairs The showers have no screen so the water goes everywhere to the point where the doors have swelled up due to water damage. There’s a little Kitchen downstairs but no cooktop, no microwave etc. normally that wouldn’t be an issue but this property as best as the scenery is, it’s a long way to the shops. The owner has a little gem in his hands but unfortunately it needs major maintenance.

Summary: Beautiful views but that’s it.
