Positive: Location and Villa. Breakfast was nice

Negative: It may sound petty, but we paid nearly £600 a night for a 2 bedroom villa. We also got a 2 bedroom villa on Gili T and Kuta but the other 2 were half the price. When you ask a premium price, you expect a premium service. Staff were polite but didn't stand out. The little extras I would expect and got from the other Villas just weren't there!

Summary: The location was amazing but I wouldn't stay again

Positive: Spacious, well-furnished room with good facilities, large balcony and effective AC. Excellent bathroom with powerful, hot shower. Good quality food and beverage with eggs cooked to order for breakfast. Large, clean pool (if a little cold!). Super helpful and friendly staff.

Negative: Some of the breakfast buffet items were not hot enough (e.g. rice and noodles), but apart from that - nothing!

Positive: Hotel on main strip full of bars and restaurants. But once you enter it is so peaceful, tranquil and beautiful. We had a villa about 5 minutes walk from main building with a shared swimming pool with another villa. The rooms have everything you need with a huge indoor shower, super comfy bed and large terrace.

Negative: If you don't like steps, choose your room carefully or ask to be close to the main building. The first villa they showed us was about 10 to 15 minutes walk and so many steep steps. But the staff were understanding and brilliant and changed our villa.

Positive: Beautiful property, perfect location. Walking distance to everything but located in a quiet leafy oasis. The villas are luxurious and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of local and western fare. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed here twice. The staff remembered us from our previous stay and gave us extra special treatment. I highly recommend KajaNe- we will definitely stay there again.

Negative: Nothing - I would highly recommend this property.
