Summary: Level of hospitality here is the best! Although we have booked on the same day and arrived late, staff welcomed us and prepared amazing dinner taking into consideration our food restrictions. (vegan/ vegetarian friendly) It's super quiet, we had a great sleep. The view from the window is amazing with nature and lake around. We happened to arrive at the season when the plants at the lake turn red, very beautiful. The dinner was very delicious, they also have a selection of local craft beers you can add to your meal for extra price.

Summary: I like the dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the onsen. I didn’t like the traditional tatami room. I found that it was difficult to sleep and the pillow was small and very hard.
