Positive: I like the room concepts, industrial and find myself somewhere in abandon place but still get the aesthetic part.

Negative: Everything is fine, just waiting long for the water pouring the bathtub

Positive: The rooms had lots of character and were very comfortable and well proportioned. We could walk to the lake and the old quarter.

Negative: The room that we booked did not match the description, but the staff went out of their way to make us happy and give us an upgrade to another room that was very nice. We had to cross a large road in order to get to the French border and the old quarter.

Summary: Interesting place with a lot of character uncomfortable rooms and very helpful staff.

Positive: The quirky room was cool, had kitchen facilities as well as Netflix in the room.

Negative: The location was difficult to walk to the old town as you had to cross a busy main road. Taxis to centre were hard to get and expensive. Room was also very damp leaving our belongings feeling wet. Also a cash only home stay which is not ideal with no atms close by.

Summary: Ok but wouldn’t stay again.

Positive: Located just stones throw from the Opera and the Hoan Kiem lake, K6 Homestay is a cozy little hotel that offers well designed and comfortable rooms. I stayed in the Chinese room and couldn’t be happier. The staff is super pleasant and helpful, I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back!

Negative: Would be awesome if there was a café in the premises but since there is one right next to the hotel and many other options for food and drinks, it’s really not an issue at all.

Summary: Very helpful and kind staff, cute and cozy room, fast cleaning service, close to the Old Quarter.
