Positive: Beautiful room in new building overlooking the harbor at Hong Kong (even from the shower!). Comfortably furnished, responsive staff.

Negative: The hotel has a large beautiful common floor overlooking the harbor as well, but only breakfast was offered so there was little reason to hang out there. The management should consider a full-service restaurant, or at least a lounge where guests can spend time before bed or during the day and get refreshments.

Summary: Wonderful waterfront location; wish it had more complete food and beverage service.

Positive: Everything about K11 was top notch. Location was in the heart of the city, connected to a mall and grocery store that made it super convenient. Stayed in the Harbor Studio and the room was superb. Great A/C, water pressure, comfy bed, great view of the harbor, quiet and the staff was excellent…this was my last stop after backpacking around Asia for a few weeks so having an in-room washer/dryer was also wonderful. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but worth every penny.
