Positive: The hotel entrance is grand, the front desk staff is friendly and the bed is comfortable.

Negative: The online room size stated over 700sq but it includes a terrasse of over 400sq, so the room is disappointingly small for the price paid, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise so slept with door open which is on a busy street, the hair dryer didn't work and last but not least the Executive lounge is very disappointing when comparing to other hotel clubs.

Positive: Breakfast- very good We liked th choice of buffet or a la carte. The cafe over by the shops was also very good , however seems to us,underutilized. Way not promote this at check in? I only knew about this location as I walked around and initially thought it was a business /conference location.

Positive: The service at the hotel was exceptional. The hotel is located in a central area, which is very convenient and safe. The restaurant Raices was a wonderful surprise. The service was exceptional and the food was Michelin-star quality.

Negative: The lighting in my bathroom was very poor, so it was difficult to get ready in the morning. Also the inexpensive hair dryer was dangerous--my hair got caught in it to the point that I had to cut it out of dryer vent screen.

Summary: I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I would bring my own hairdryer!
