Summary: This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Mexico City. Our room was, clean, well maintained and quiet. There were lots of great restaurants nearby. There is also a hop on, hop off stop across the road we took advantage of to see the city. The Archeological Museum is in walking distance and worth visiting.

Summary: JW Marriott is in an excellent location in Polanco. ALL The staff is very courteous and super friendly. I only have two suggestions for the hotel that I think would make the guests even more comfortable. Provide more drinking water in the rooms. And our pillows were a little too firm. I would like to have softer pillows. Other than that JW Marriott is awesome.

Summary: It was a great stay, my third at this location and it will not be my last. The staff is excellent. It’s weird they didn’t ask for a credit card at check in for incidentals. Made it a little confusing because I couldn’t charge anything to the room. Other then that they stay was perfect
