Negative: Last Friday night we asked for some information To the security guy in the bar area. He doubt that we are guest in the hotel. Then, he tried to fix it, but we felt bad about it.

Positive: Great staff, beautiful architecture. High floor is recommended. Taxi stand outside is expensive compared to yellow taxis across the street, but you go in a lexus or Mercedes for about 60us to the airport (1hr), which is an impressive driving task that all uber,taxi, and limo drivers handle with amazing calm and skill. The shower in the room was luxury.
