Positive: Location was excellent. Property and rooms were modern clean, large and well designed. Would have liked main restaurant to have opened earlier for dinner. We were able to eat in the bar area with full menu but would have preferred restaurant after a long travel day.

Negative: Soundproofing was not great. Noise from street made sleep somewhat challenging.

Positive: Realy modern luxury hotel with amazing view. We loved our rooms, bathrooms, in-room coffee machine, the view, the silent and wellwork air condition. We also had lounge access, which was a realy great option. The staff can speak english very good, which is not a standard in Peru.

Negative: Very big hotel. Sometimes you need to wait for check-in if more groups arrive in the same timeslot. (Only 2 reception desks)

Summary: Ideal choice for a luxury staying at the one of the greatest part of Lima

Positive: The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect right above the ocean. Food and drinks were really good.

Negative: Even if you are a foreigner and therefore exempt from the 18% VAT tax on the room, if you buy food or drinks at the bar, there’s a 10% service charge and an 18% VAT on those items and if you tip on top of that, you’re paying about 40% on top of the actual cost. Just beware.
