Negative: Room small Toilet door just beside the bed Room arrangement is not the best Breakfast is not up to 5 star hotels level Staff do not have experience Reception at level 5 !! Prefer nice big lobby just at entrance Coffee shop at ground floor with limited drinks options Will never come back or recommend it to a friend Over priced for the current specifications and service !
