Positive: The location of the property is outstanding, multiple pools and the kids play area is worth mentioning

Negative: Reception and check in experience was hurriedly done, they have the shawl and refreshments coming in during the conversation with the receptionist, it felt like the staff just wanted to get done with it. Also the gin bar by the reception has all the alcohol stocked up and yet the bartender was hesitant to fix a drink and she was trying to push me to the bar by the pool which was in another wing, I did not like her approach. Another point we felt could have been dealt better is the late check-out, we had a late check-in and hence requested for a late check-out to make up for the price and we wanted to have lunch before leaving which would have been an easy bill of 8-10 grand considering the 4 of us dining, but they did not encourage us to order in lunch nor did they let us stay for another hour, this was on a Tuesday and they mentioned full occupancy as a reason, the waiters and butlers at the restaurants treat you really well and make you feel special but with a request to mention their name in the feedback, this is fine with us if it was once or twice, but the waiter kept sending some goodies and accompaniments while at pool or just anywhere in the property and he used add the review request along with it, looked like we were treated well for giving a mere feedback about him. The icing on the cake of all this is the hi-tea, we had the worst experience, snacks were some stale namkeen and podi idly which also looked like breakfast idlis tossed in some chilli powder, hi-tea could have been so much better especially after experiencing the one in kosh retreat just the day before, we did have our bars set high but ended up being disappointed

Summary: Can do so much better with hi-tea, check-in experience and waiters doing their job without forcing us to give a feedback

Positive: Phenomenal service and hospitality extended by everyone at the resort. The attention to detail and personalization of services was impeccable! Right from Ritika and Ebenezer at the Front Office, to Hemu and Suraj at Aviary, to Vizo and Chef Saiful at East, Dipesh from Housekeeping, Vineet at Aaleshan and of course Umesh & Manjunath, the buggy chauffeurs, each of these team members contributed to making our anniversary celebration an astounding and memorable one! All of these folks deserve a huge shoutout for their exceptional guest experience as my wife and I truly felt at home! Although this is a stunning property with a serene environment and peaceful atmosphere, we strongly believe that the hospitality and experience delivered by each of the folks named here, made the difference! We are definitely coming back for a longer stay very soon. Kudos to everyone, you deserve it for upholding your company value of pursuing excellence! I must say Mr. Roman Fearon - you have a fantastic team all across the board. They made this stay our most memorable and favourite one, compared to all the luxury 5 stars we’ve stayed at over the last few years. Hats off!
