Summary: The staff did a fine job. We had booked a room with access to the Executive Lounge and were informed upon checkin that the lounge closed at 12pm on Fridays and Saturdays (week days it's open until 10pm). This was a huge disappointment. Moreover the second restaurant in the building is closed. The room itself is average to slightly above average. The JW Marriott is a fine hotel but it is not a luxury hotel.
