Summary: All the staff was very kind and helpful. The resort was quiet and easy to get around. The spa was under renovations so a little different than expected but the treatments were still very good.

Summary: I do not recommend this hotel. This is an overpriced hotel that is older and not super clean. Everyone seems super friendly until something does not go right. They are not very accommodating.

Summary: The hotel is very well maintained, the staff are very nice and helpful, it was easy to go around and explore the place. However, what was really disappointing is the inside of the villa. It has a very bad odor the carpet was one of the dirtiest carpet I've ever seen my kids would walk barefoot for a second and their feet turns black immediately. The sheets and the bathrooms were clean but the carpet and the odor wasn't as expected..
