Summary: The valets and concierge service were great- i wish i could remember all of their names that assisted us. Property was clean and very nice. The room was smaller than expected but nice. Only reason i am leaving this a 2 star review is Marriots Bonvoy membership. I have been a member for over 11 years and have never been told no to a late check nor have I ever been charged for 1. Not only that, i was able to book a cheaper rate on hotels.com than direct. When i called the reservation line and explained this to the person who answered the phone, she didnt care My shadow will never darken this establishments door step ever again.
