Quiet neighborhood home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10+ guests. This is the top level of the home, basement apartment may have other guests but is completely separate from you. If you’d like the basement and top, please book Just Like Home Plus, https://t.vrbo.io/yJCXEiri5Ob.
Fast Wifi, smart TV's in bedrooms and living room with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime included. Washer and Dryer also available if you have an extended stay as well as a deck, grill and front yard area. Supermarket 3 blocks away, as well as Walmart and Target within a mile for any immediate needs during your stay. Parking available in driveway and some street parking available as well. Coffee maker and Keurig available.
With this booking, you will have access to the entire upstairs, deck, front yard, driveway, street parking.
We will be available by cell phone and can be reached multiple different ways including through the VRBO app.
Very Quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors...as I'm sure you will be the same to them while visiting our neighborhood. Our street is not a through street so traffic is very minimal.
Short drive and or Bus shuttle in walking distance to Memorial Stadium and downtown night life including Railyard activities, Lied center and Pinnacle Bank Arena. Walking Path directly behind the property for strolls through the area.
Treat the house and neighborhood as if it were your own.
Any smoking of any substance INSIDE THE HOME (cigarettes, vape, pot, cigars, etc) will incur a $250 aeration fee, non negotiable.
Smoking cigarettes or vaping (LEGAL PRODUCTS) is acceptable on the patio. Please clean up your trash out of respect for our cleaners and the next guest.
No pets are allowed on the premises. At the time of cleaning, should evidence of a pet be found on outdoor cameras or hair/feces/urine in the house, a $250 fee will be incurred.
If you wish to book the whole house, you agree to book Just Like Home- Plus. If you rent the two spaces separately, you will be asked to pay the difference for the Plus property or your reservation will be cancelled. We will not unlock the indoor basement door unless Just Like Home-Plus is rented.

Summary: The property is clean, aesthetically pleasing and spacious. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. I would recommend renting this space as it is a good value and I've rated every performance indicator 5 out of 5. We enjoyed our stay while in Lincoln attending my nephew's wedding. Note: Do read all details about this rental. I did not read the description closely enough and did not realize the "entire home" description applied to one of two spaces available (with separate entrances) in this very nice home: one on the main level and one in the walk-out basement. The guests below were quiet, respectful and we never crossed paths. Nonetheless, I was surprised when we checked in as I was expecting complete privacy when I read "entire home" for let. I'm told VRBO allows that moniker because the main level includes everything a condo would include: 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and 2 full bathrooms. You will enjoy your stay if you book this space; however, if you want the house all to yourself, you will need to book both levels.

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed our stay and Chris and Anna's. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly and they were very responsive when needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable.
