Positive: The location

Negative: House was run down. Shower heads broken. Windows leaked during rain storm. Pest control and issue. stairs were rotting wood outside and inside were dangerous narrow and curved. Not for older people!! Unkept and overgrown outside areas.

Summary: Other than the location I was deeply disappointed in the condition of the home
