Spacious vacation rental! This 4 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home is located on a quiet Cape Cod lane in a great area in Brewster. Walk down Grandfather's Lane to a shared private beach, or take a short stroll to 6a and all that it has to offer! This home can comfortably accommodate 8 people and even has a "Bonus" game room upstairs- perfect for a family movie or game night. THREE NIGHT MINIMUM AVAILABLE OFF SEASON - $200/NIGHT PLUS $200 CLEANING FEE.
Non-refundable $295 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package for 8 available upon request for an additional cost of $261.00.
Cancellation Policy:
If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great location as far as the area. House itself was in a bit of a strange spot, tucked away at the end of a lane. Loved the private beach nearby. House was clean. Central A/C. Stocked with supplies like paper and cleaning products. Beds were comfortable. Great washer & dryer. Beach chairs and wagon available. Charcoal grill. Cons: No window or door screens so couldn’t enjoy the beautiful weather and had to keep the A/C on. Outside areas like the patio and shower weren’t maintained and hadn’t been cleaned or swept in a while.. Gutters and roof are not clean so the property feels neglected. All the rugs, inside and outside, curled up. No dishwasher and not great pots and pans. No bath towels provided. Inside only 1 shower and it was an odd bathtub. House has 1 1/2 baths. Overall: A nice stay but not pristine if that’s what you’re looking for and in my experience in renting for many years, not a great value. Some of my comments may sound picky but I wanted to give an idea of what it was like overall, in my opinion, in case some of the same things matter to others. Rental company: Very unresponsive throughout the whole process including while we were there.

Summary: We really enjoyed this property, the yard was big and there was a nice porch area to sit and relax on. Both living rooms were good upstairs and down and we had a great stay.

Summary: 10-15 minute walk to the private beach with kids and wagons, close to everything you need in town, restaurants etc. House has a great layout and is fully stocked with every imaginable item you may have forgotten ! Floor was a bit dirty when we arrived. Nothing major. Yard toys and basement activities (ping pong, air hockey) could use some updating, but we had a great time and would recommend.
