Amenities include; Large heated/cool pool, jetted hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, tennis courts, grills, covered parking + guest parking, and a private boat slip (Insurance required & trailers must be parked off-premises- we can make recommendations for that storage) with power & water giving easy access to both the Bay & Oceanside.
The attention to detail in this unit is unmatched. Chic coastal decor, modern appliances, & ocean/pool views allow those staying to truly immerse themselves in the luxurious island life. Enjoy mornings on your private balcony watching the sunrise. Unwind in the evenings watching movies on your massive flat screen. Cook your fresh seafood in the kitchen equipped with granite countertops & stainless appliances.
The master suite is equipped with a very comfortable king-sized bed, ocean views, flat-screen & direct access to your private screened-in balcony. A large walk-in closet offers a home for suitcases & fishing gear. The master bathroom is a dream with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower & double sink.
The guest suite has a queen bed & plenty of space for unpacking with two closets & a dresser. Equipped with pool view & flat screen. The guest bedroom also has a spacious en-suite bathroom.
Step outside your unit to your boat just steps away from your door. Or head to the tennis courts, pickleball courts or gym for a morning workout then cool off in the pool. After a long day of successful fishing & lobstering use one of the cleaning stations to prepare your food & the grill by the pools.
Our unit is conveniently located across the highway from Sea Oats Beach, less than a mile from one of the nicest sand bars in Islamorada known to locals as 'Ann's beach' a favorite to most for its crystal clear water with sandy white beaches. On the other side of the bridge experience Alligator Lighthouse, an iconic lighthouse known for its gorgeous reef & wildlife
Experience the fishing capital of the world, home to virtually almost every species of fish that swims. The Bayside offers the option to sight fish the shallow flats between hidden mangroves & catch one of the game fish that satisfy a majority of the backcountry. Oceanside presents an entirely different form of fishing & is conveniently located on the other side of the bridge. Hunters are able to jump into the water with a spear gun & deep-sea fishers are given the opportunity to reel in a variety of monstrous fish. While there is no boat ramp or trailer storage at the condominium, there is a Marina down the street that can accommodate your needs.

Summary: What a beautifully appointed condo! Having a dock for our boat was very nice. The only thing I wish I had known in advance was that we would need to find a marina to launch and store our boat trailer. The pool area includes a hot tub, we also used the fitness center and pickleball courts.

Summary: This location was well worth the visit. Location is nice - close to what you need, but just on the edge, far enough away to feel like in another world. Inside well decorated, good views of the Atlantic Ocean and has a boat slip for you to take advantage of some great fishing ! Would have no issue recommending this place to just a few friends.

Summary: Wonderful condo in quiet community. Kitchen very well stocked as we cooked in a lot, even spices. Definitely will want a car for this location to head into Islamarada for restaurants. There is a fish market in walking distance, we picked up so fresh Grouper to prepare at the condo. Comfortable beds as room to spread out as we had a couple stormy days.

Summary: Everything was great at condo. Perfect for two couples with both bedrooms having on suite bathrooms and a 1/2 bath in main area. Beds and living area furniture was very comfortable. We used gym every day and Bob the office person was a really nice guy. Pool and hot tub warm and clean. We used gas grills to make dinner a couple of times that were in front of gym by the pool. Jonelle was great to deal with. Perfect 8 night vacation.

Summary: I, my wife, my son, and daughter-in-law stayed at this wonderful condo. It was clean and very well stocked. We felt like it was home away from home. There was nothing we needed that it didn't have. We loved the screened in patio and spent a lot of time sitting, talking, and listening to good music. We hope to be able to stay there again soon.

Summary: We’ve been coming to the Keys for decades and this was by far our favorite condo we’ve ever rented. It’s big, comfortable, has literally everything you could need and more for a fun time. It was clean, furnished exactly like the pictures. Bay Harbour is also a wonderful, quiet, friendly community with great amenities. Jonelle was EXTREMELY responsive, helpful, kind and made our stay even more amazing. We are booking for next year already and cannot wait.
