This impressive, large, well equipped and newly renovated villa in its own private grounds is located in Coaraze, listed as one of "Les plus beaux Villages de France", one of the most beautiful perched villages of France. If you want to get away from the crowds and enjoy complete privacy, but still be only approx. 30 minutes away from the airport, Monaco and the beaches of Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer, and just 25 minutes from central Nice with its shops, restaurants and museums and beaches , then this is the perfect holiday destination for you. The villa sleeps up to 8 people (3 double beds and one double sofa bed) and has two terraces and a balcony all offering breathtaking views over the valley and mountains, a large swimming pool (heating for an additional fee), private gardens, multiple olive terraces, private parking and complete privacy. Start your day with an energising morning yoga session as the sun rises (yoga mats provided!). Enjoy an outdoor game of boules (petanque) or table tennis under the vines. Summary: Great property, very private and secluded and in a lovely area. Host was fantastic, very responsive, quick and always available. Lots of space in the villa and around, facilities are also excellent and well maintained. Great for families or couples who would like to visit the area.

Summary: The house is located 30 mins from Nice in a very quiet area surrounded by nature. The house has all furnitures and comfort you need. It is very well maintained. The swimming pool is large enough and surrounded with the hills. Sue, the landlord, is very helpful and will make sure your stay is going well.

Summary: The family stayed at villa Papillon for 2 weeks. The property is beautifully situated with a great view overlooking mountains. The house contains everything that a family needs for comfort and there was more gadgets than one could wish for. Pingpong table, pool table, Boule sets etc. The swimming pool was good sized and the temp of water was cooling. The house has a very fresh exterior and interior. The owners was very helpful and and nice, we would go back again any day of the week.
