Positive: The location of the property was very convenient and was it was easy to get over to the other side of Hungary via a bus stop that was only 200m from the apartment.
Negative: Unfortunately there were a few things. In apartment 2 the bracket that the shower head sits in appeared to have broken and not been replaced therefore making it hard to shower. The beds were also very squeaky making it hard to share a common area where all the beds were. Apartment 2 is also not what is shown in the pictures, there is no full bathroom, the shower is just in the same little cubicle room as the toilet and there is a small sink outside the toilet. There is no full kitchen as showed in pictures only a very small kitchenette with very basic stuff. There is also no sitting or living area just a table with chairs in the same room as 6 beds which made it feel very much like a hostel. The apartment next door is also wall to wall and the guests who were staying in the apartment next to us were very loud 3:30-4:30am in the morning and every little sound was heard so perhaps some noise restrictions would handy.

Positive: great space, good furnishing, great neighbourhood, owner answered the phone every time and came to start up heating system , he sent help to work out the cooker so we can use it
Negative: Door opening instructions were missing, induction cooker instructions were missing, no key to lock the bathroom, heating needed servicing late at night before it could be started
Summary: great space but many details are not attended to

Positive: The apartment has an excellent location with a nice view of the Danube. We really enjoyed being so close to great restaurants and cafés all just a short walk away. The place is spacious, making it perfect for larger groups.
Negative: On the downside, the beds creaked and squeaked loudly whenever someone turned during the night and the bathroom door also squeaked and closed very noisily. In addition, the double bed was actually made of two single beds pushed together, which meant the mattresses slid apart during the night. Our younger child even ended up in the gap between them. :D This could easily be solved with a simple mattress connector or holder strap. Overall, we would still recommend the apartment, especially for its location and space.
Summary: Great location suited for a short stay
