Positive: My family spent 3-4 days at this property and everything was excellent, ranging from facilities to utensils on the kitchen. Beds were super comfy and balcony is super cute.

Negative: Nothing to do with the property but the neighbours don’t look very welcoming.

Summary: It exceeds our expectations in all aspects, highly recommended for family trip.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and chic. We slept very well because it was very quiet.

Negative: When we arrived we didn't have warm water but the owner sent somebody to fix it the next morning. He was very fast and committed.

Positive: Laundry inside bathroom is so great especially the owner offers two tablets for washing free of charge.

Negative: The tap water used in kitchen is not well. It always ends by very hot water and sometimes it's too hot to be touched. The water in bathroom pressure is not stable so washing experience is not the best.

Positive: Very comfortable. We ate in four excellent restaurants nearby, two within walking distance and two a short drive away. We were very impressed with the speed that the authorities cleared the path next to the Moselle after severe flooding.

Negative: The towels were very thin. We had taken our own so this didn't matter to us. There were no clothes hangers or a small jug. Some cushions would have been nice on the sofa

Positive: The appartament is big, quiet, and extremely clean! No problem with parking for us, it is a bit steep and you would have problems only with a low car. There is only a decent restaurant in the area (Italian but nobody italian in there) and a good bakery a bit further. Good, prompt and easy contact with the owners.

Negative: We could hear the neighbors' TV most of the daytime, fortunately it was not loud. I am 1m88 and the bed incl. covers were on the short side. Pillows are extremely soft. Wifi only working the first day due to technical issues with the provider (it would have been fair to be offered a late check-out as a form of compensation). There is no microvave. It was difficult to find good restaurants in Trier.

Positive: balcony. Netflix and general equipement. . very quite.

Negative: Parking place is awkward. (inclined both in front and side). more cooking stuff is necessary. Would need clarification if parking on street is possible. a bit far from downtown. consider an electric car charging station. using "Nuki" application.

Summary: confortable and quite. Parking tricky for "low bottom" car.
