Positive: Location was great. Kitchen, bathroom and bed/diner functional and quite well equipped. Balcony was nice for having breakfast. Lift was very convenient. The host, Hebe was amazing. She made me feel very welcome, gave me loads of advice on making the most of my weekend there.
Negative: Not the property's fault, but there was a lot of noise on the weekend until around 4 in the morning.

Positive: Terrific location - good quality restaurants nearby, minimarket across the road, subway less than 5 minute walk away. The apartment is well set up for travellers, with all necessary comforts available. The owners provide a sube card (on loan) so you just need to put some money on it and you're ready to use the subway. Check in / check out with keys was smooth, no problem. The welcome fruit basket is a nice touch! Apartment is very safe, secure and was clean. I cannot fault it. After a brutal couple of weeks further north (very high temps and humidity), this was the stay I needed to refresh and recharge.
Negative: No complaints at all.
Summary: Brilliant
