Positive: The house was comfortable, clean, and had a cozy vibe. It’s great value for the price when you consider the location and privacy compared to staying in a hotel or hostel. The hosts live in the house downstairs and were amazing. Super friendly and attentive. One thing to be aware of is that there’s only space for two beds, one large one in the main room and a small mattress on the floor of the other room. If you book for three people, two will have to share the main bed. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to Busan! Easily the best airbnb-style experience I’ve had.

Positive: Wonderful caretaker, friendly and very helpful, Good amount of space for three people.

Negative: Steep stairs, difficult to carry suitcase and especially in the rain. Caretakers gladly assist with luggage . Taxi couldn't find location. Bathroom was a wet room and there was insufficient bench space for clothes and toiletries and inadequate ventilation.

Positive: The host is fantastic and helpful in every way. When one of us had a spot of food poisoning, she brought us home remedies and congee! The flat itself is functional if a bit worn, and the location is good, if not super central, but the metro station is only a short walk away, so getting around isn't hard!

Negative: It was not clear in the description that the second bedroom is only included if you book for more than two people. We ended up paying extra to have the second bedroom.

Summary: Simple accommodation, but very friendly and helpful host!

Positive: Jun House is a lovely little rooftop apartment that is clean and well maintained with a seperate outdoor area that is available for the sole use of the visitor. The host and her family live downstairs but they generally keep to themselves. The host is lovely, and is very competent at using a translator app to communicate with visitors from foreign countries. Her sister is able to speak English so this made communication a little easier at times. We mentioned that we had trouble finding a restaurant that could serve breakfast so the next morning the host cooked breakfast for us consisting of eggs with cheese and some fruit and milk drinks, she was very hospitable and loved having us stay with her.

Negative: When we arrived there was only one bed in the apartment even though it was advertised as a two bedroom apartment with three beds (one queen bed in the main bedroom and two futons in the second bedroom). We were able to have a heated mat, a pillow and a quilt added to the second bedroom for an additional fee. A proper mattress or bed would have been more comfortable.

Summary: A wonderful place to stay with very friendly hosts, close to the subway, shops and restaurants.

Positive: This was a very comfortable property, with a lot with of privacy. It was fitted with all amenities including a washing machine and a very comfortable bed. It was very clean. Very roomy. Makes for a very relaxing experience. Do have to walk a flight of stairs. It was a great experience, the hosts were very pleased and welcoming. Absolutely an ideal place for a travelling couple, short walk to 2 different stations (lines).

Negative: That we only stayed four nights.

Positive: We were a party of four and we really enjoyed it there. The metro or bus stations are very close so we could reach every place in Busan easily. We enjoyed being on the terrace for breakfast, dinner, Soju...There are some nice Restaurants around there, too. And the landlady was very very friendly.

Positive: Recently renovated, everything was clean. Have a private terrase. Staff were very friendly even if they don't speak english but communication was possible with papago.

Negative: Not recommended for big luggage. We had to climb a long and narrow stairs with 3 big and heavy luggages. Saw a bug inside the house but mostly because of the localization and all the plants
