Positive: Perfect location, quirky character, clean and very spacious with a full Kitchen and separate lounge diner. Ideal for exploring Sarasota by foot.

Negative: Nothing, we had a slight issue with the coffee machine but it was resolved immediately by the very helpful Caitlin.

Positive: Great location in a lovely neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants and shops on main street. The apartment is charming and bright. The host provided everything I needed for my stay, plus other thoughtful touches. Will definitely return.

Positive: Very spacious and clean.

Negative: Had a problem with accessing the property as the door was difficult to open. This was sorted very quickly by the host.

Positive: In a really nice part of town. Everything was clean and organized. They provided everything we needed such as paper towels and soap etc. it was really seamless relaxing and gorgeous.

Negative: I wish the door on the upstairs unit had an extra lock. The top lock being the only lock on a worn door gave me a little bit of anxiety l.

Positive: The location was private, quiet, and tucked away, despite being in the heart of Sarasota. Arriving, there is a large and private driveway that can fit multiple cars. The entire property was very clean, had a beautiful bathroom, large and very comfortable bed and bedroom, and a very nice living room with a massive TV. The kitchen was good and had all the modern amenities. With just a short drive, you can find yourself in downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, and not to mention the countless restaurants and museums in the area. Highly recommend for couples and travelers!

Negative: Although close to everything via a 10-25 minute drive, the surrounding area was hardly walkable. Also, the villa has a lower level and a backyard property, both of which were fortunately empty during my stay, but I could imagine it would have been a much less quiet and relaxing experience otherwise.

Summary: A GORGEOUS, comfortable, and private property just a short drive from Siesta Key :)
