Negative: Did not receive timely feedback regarding cancelation of reservation and the possibility of refund.

Positive: There is a play area in the hotel that my 8 year old and 10 year old really loved. It includes a climbing wall, climbing tower, tunnels to crawl through, balancing bars and many, many more things that the children enjoyed climbing on and running through. The hotel is also located near a swimming pool that we walked to and the price of the hotel includes the entrance passes.

Negative: There is no refrigerator in the hotel room. The hotel let us keep our food items in the restaurant refrigerator but then we ended up forgetting them when we left (including our thermos bag.) The toilet and the bathroom are separate rooms and I found this to be annoying. I would prefer the toilet to be in the bathroom with the sink and the shower. There are no insect screens on the windows.

Summary: Comfortable hotel that is an excellent choice if you have young children ages 3-11.

Positive: They are susceptible to bursty occupancy in the hotel depending on the season but they do a good job of keeping the breakfast stocked regardless They open the breakfast early when there's a big event happening early in the day which is really great of these guys Very good parking with very reasonable prices

Negative: Wish they served more healthy dinner options late at night (they do serve pizzas and cakes after 8PM but sometimes you want to eat healthy too)
