Positive: I originally booked from August 21–26 because I was expecting to receive my DFA documents on August 26. Unfortunately, the release was delayed to September 1, so I asked the owner if it was possible to pause my booking and resume on September 1–2 instead. I know the booking was non-refundable and rescheduling is usually not allowed, but to my surprise, they kindly agreed! I wasn’t asking for a refund, just to adjust the dates, and they were very understanding. When my sister came back on September 1, we asked again if we could stay until September 3 without any extra payment, and they still agreed. They accommodated my sister so well, and we truly appreciate their kindness and flexibility. The owner and staff are very nice and considerate—highly recommended!

Positive: Friendly neighbourhood, good location, very friendly and welcoming staff lady, comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom. Free water.

Negative: Water in the shower was too cold. Despite that we rnjoyed pretty much everything else, the price was a bit too high though.

Positive: I stayed in room number 6. It is completely private. I didn't see anyone from the property. Just next to restaurants , stores, jeepneys. A good bed. Surprisingly cool. I didn't even need the AC nor the fan !!! A large room with a kitchen. The lighting was good as well.

Negative: The arrival !!! The building is completely unmarked and the address is not enough. It needs some more precise indications on how to find the property. Also there should be an explanation given prior to arrival that there is no staff upon check in and where to find the booked room and what code is needed for the security lock.

Negative: Cold water in the shower. But with boiling water in the kitchen, you will be able to have a warm shower out of the bucket 🪣
