Summary: The hotel was well located next to JR train station, and it was very close to the ferry pier. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and yammy. The service wad excellent, the room was quite and clean.

Summary: This was one of the best hotel stay during a 2 week trip. The hotel is located right next to the JR Takamatsu station with taxis and major bus terminal in front. The ultimate convenience when touring the area. Also, there are seemingly limitless dining options in front of the hotel. The room had a spectacular view of Takamatsu Castle Ruins in front and the Takamatsu Symbol Tower from the side window. There was a sitting area built right in front of the window to fully leverage the viewing experience. Also, most Japanese hotels have hard pillows which are uncomfortable. But this place had fluffy Down feather pillows which made for a comfortable sleep.

Summary: Overall fine but staff charged me twice for parking because Japan still does everything by paper and I assume they lost the first copy. I didn’t have energy or time to argue with the fact they already charged my card. Not your typical Japanese hospitality. Would avoid

Summary: Top hotel in Japan with the highest quality of facilities and customer service. Also a great location next to the train station and harbour with attractive views from our 9th floor room. Even has an in-house bakery! Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.
