Positive: The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail about how to get to the apartment and was a great support and help. The apartment is perfect. It has everything you need and is very clean. Underfloor heating keeps the house warm and the shower is ideal. The apartment is in a great location and the coffee shop around the corner is highly recommended.

Negative: The apartment is in a great location and is very clean. The arrangement of the rooms is very good and the underfloor heating is very pleasant. You can cook and do laundry. Everything you need is there.

Positive: This stay was my fiancé and my first time visiting Iceland, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations! Joel was very accommodating, letting us drop our luggage early since our flight arrived at an odd time. The location is amazing and the apartment is very cozy. It was so great to have a full kitchen to cook in, and the table was a comfortable space to do some work as well as enjoy meals. The central location allowed us to walk to most of what we wanted to do, and the bus stop was very close and easy for anything out of walking distance. This is a very new apartment complex, and they were doing construction nearby on other units. We couldn't hear a thing from inside the unit. I wouldn't have known it was happening if I hadn't walked around the building and seen them working. We would definitely stay here again!

Negative: There isn't a dryer in the unit. This was not at all a problem for us. But worth noting for those who are used to having their towels all fluffy after coming out of a dryer.
