Positive: Breakfast was great, a discovery for Japanese breakfast items. Our favorite ice cream flavor- Yuzu!! We loved the onsen experience! And we loved being provided yukata and haori to round up the Japanese onsen experience.

Positive: Onsen was cool, staff were all very nice and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Altogether it was a sweet experience that I enjoyed.

Negative: Well, I have tattoos, so that makes onsens a bit difficult because I have to hide them. But I respected the rules and hid them so it's all good, but yeah thats a rule I would change.
