Summary: The property was well presented, clean and tidy. The mattress in the main bedroom sagged into the middle and we found the glass coffee table in the lounge was too big for the area and we had to move it to allow our elderly guest to get to the lounge seats.

Summary: Great place to stay. Well positioned only five minutes away from our get together with Canberra family. The house was clean with well manicured gardens. Joyce was excellent with answering all questions promptly. I would recommend this accommodation to anybody considering visiting this area. Thank you Joyce.

Summary: Amazing service provided by Joyce leading up to the stay. She even popped past to provide us with some milk and cookies which was very thoughful. The place served us well while attending a work event in Canberra. I stuffed up on the dates we booked, however Joyce was very accomodating with the changes at the last minute. Highly recommend

Summary: More hotel than house. The house was absolutely wonderful. Clean, warm (Canberra was surprisingly cold for that time of year) and well appointed - just like a hotel. There was lots of little touches like toiletries, a coffee machine and some basic food in the pantry that saved us having to go to the shop on our first night. Check-in was a little difficult as we had to wait for the host to bring us the key and she was un-contactable for about half an hour when we first arrived. A simple lockbox or other method of check-in would solve that issue. Also, the lock up garage was not available for use which was a shame as we had a trailer of equipment we would have liked to store in the garage during our stay. That said - there was loads of parking room so we had no issue 'boxing' our trailer in for peace of mind. A wonderful house in a very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book it again.
