Positive: I was initially uncertain about this property, but Unit 201 turned out to be very clean (even the fan is clean), quiet, and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the self-service amenities (lockers, tea, coffee, ear plugs and even cookies) were a lovely touch. While the building is a bit dated, it is clear the owner takes great pride in maintaining it. They provide thoughtful extras like earplugs and free laundry with detergent. The location is the real highlight: just a 2-minute walk to the train and walking distances to Dongdaemun. Note that during winter, the building uses central floor heating and the AC is off; however, the provided fan worked perfectly to keep the room comfortable. Highly recommended for the value and service! They have shampoo, body wash, new toothpaste and hair dryer. There is no elevator, but the stairs are totally fine.

Negative: Since I have to write something here.. The window cannot be open for more fresh air but it allows natural light in. The hair dry can be more powerful. Not ideal for family because it is a small room.

Positive: Good deal, very affordable and great location. Metro is very close, some nice restaurants in the area as well. Friendly staff.

Negative: Only "issue" I had was the bed, it was a little uncomfortable for me, but managable. Don't really want to complain about it.

Summary: I recommend this place for affordability and ease of access.

Positive: Good value for money for the location. Small cozy room with everything needed, floor heating was more than enough despite very cold winter weather, Free water, tee and biscuits provided, free self service laundry, tourist info. The (small) bathtub was a very nice bonus, and strong and hot shower!

Negative: Location is not in the very center, but close to metro lines, just get yourself a Climate Card for unlimited city travel with peace of mind, and use Naver app to navigate. Some parts of the room were a bit dusty, but overall not really that bad.

Summary: Perfect for solo traveller, might be a bit tight space for 2 people.

Positive: The heat was great! I liked the location and the staff was really kind

Negative: No lights in the bathroom. How am I supposed to shower in the dark?? It was so cold that I did showers at my gym. Too much sound coming from the walls. Probably the ac or heat but this was a very annoying sound

Positive: Great stay! Central, easy to find and close to the subway!

Negative: The bathroom floor didn't dry, was always wet, but there were slippers so it wasn't a big issue 👍🏻
