Summary: It started with a surprise hidden by a prior guest, but the Owner was very responsive and sent the cleaning crew back to address the issue immediately. The home is located in a clean and safe neighborhood. Unlike many others, you can't tell this is a VRBO from the street because it is well-maintained. We left a few valuables behind, and the Owner was kind enough to mail them to us without an extra charge. That was very kind.
