Positive: We stayed in Villa No.3 at Joys Villa and were immediately impressed on arrival — everything felt new, fresh, and thoroughly clean. The villa was beautifully maintained and very comfortable throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Marcella, the site manager was wonderful — always on hand for a friendly chat, restaurant recommendations, taxis, she was incredibly helpful. She even supplied us with a toaster so we could make toast for breakfast, which was much appreciated. The facilities for our 8-month-old grandson were excellent. The cot, with an extra mattress, and the highchair were both in immaculate condition. We were absolutely delighted with how thoughtfully everything had been prepared for us. The indoor wood furniture was beautiful and so safe for the baby crawling around. The outdoor furniture again was of excellent quality perfect for outdoor eating and sun bathing. It was clear that great care had been taken to prepare it for guests. We look forward to returning. Thank you.

Negative: Mirror in the upstairs double bedroom would be great but other than that fabulous.

Positive: The swimming pool was very nice and the house was beautiful. We are very enjoy to sleep in this house .The bedroom and kitchen was perfect 👌. This is a very Cool trip there. Pas loin de l'aéroport.

Positive: Property is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s well designed and spacious - perfect for families or a large group. Convenient parking. Attentive and welcoming staff.

Negative: You will need a car to visit the village or beaches as these are not exactly in walking distance.

Positive: The property was extremely clean and had all the amenities you could need (the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the whole house nice and cool). There was housekeeping twice whilst we stayed where they provided fresh towels and removed any waste. There was a lovely outdoor seating area with shade next to the pool. The host was extremely friendly and timely in all her responses. It was also close to a supermarket and only a 25 minute drive to Chania.
