Positive: Really love The Innkeeper Donna made us feel right at home. There was so many choices for breakfast. It was A well-stocked kitchen and we could help ourselves to anything we wanted and as much as we wanted.

Negative: The town would not let the B&B have a stove so they weren't able to cook for us but they did Supply us with lots of different options.

Negative: We were in the bedroom next to the kitchen and in the front of the house. Road was very noisy as were the people in the kitchen serving themselves. Our room didn't have a number on it and actually one of the patrons asked if that was a room. I said yes and she apologized for being so loud. The bathroom was also uncomfortable as when I was showering could hear the people in the kitchen talking...imagine trying to use the restroom 😬 However when I called and talked to the staff they were overly accommodating! Offered to move our room but we were too late in our last night. We will 100% return next year. Will request a different room though.

Positive: We loved everything It was like you were home no more motels for me. The staff was awesome everything was awesome. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen was awesome. Food, coffee, juices, pop, snacks always a desert on counter.Was great getting to know other guest either in kitchen. Visiting room or on their awesome porch. Great place to sit around and visit. Also a very nice smoking area. The whole house was beautiful. When I'm staying overnight in Titusville Pa I will always stay there. I highly recommend Josephine's to everyone who is staying in Titusville or surrounding area.

Negative: There was not one thing that we disliked.

Positive: This is a more like an AirBnB than a bed and breakfast. There is no staff in the house when you stay and you have complete use of it. I was fortunate also to have no guess staying when I stayed so I had the house to myself. You won't be disappointed if you stay at Josephine's
