Summary: Had a really good stay at this lovely stay in Jolimont. Location is very nice, close to bus routes and train station. Also close to supermarkets and main chain supermarkets in Subiaco. The place was very clean and had all the utilities we could ever need. It was also very spacious. It is nice to have the terrace outside which i have spend a lot of time. The neighborhood is also very nice and there are many cute parks nearby. Apart from all this the hosts are also very nice and gave us some recommendations which we really appreciated. Overal would definatly reccommend staying here.

Summary: This apartment was perfect for our stay. The location was really central and it was a great place to come 'home' to each night. It contained everything you could possibly ever need, and the owners were really great with communication etc. A little bit of noise from the road and carpark in the mornings, but overall reasonably quiet. Nice little outdoor area and really comfortable indoors. Highly recommended. :)

Summary: We stayed 3 weeks in this beautiful little Studio-Townhouse and enjoyed it immensly. It is well equipped with everything you could need or desire. The little outdoor area ist charming. We loved the nearby park and the areas of the Swan River as well the beaches of Cottesloe, which were only 10 to 15 minutes away (by car). We could walk to the nearby train station and visit the city and Fremantle by train. We recommend this accommodation and thank Clive and Lisa for their kind support.

Summary: Check in was relatively easy except for the gate was still locked on the inside. Clean and lovely little place that has everything you could need. Easy enough to find the laneway entrance but forget ordering uber eats or an under to the exact address they won't find it. Overall was great and would stay there again if I decide to visit Perth again.

Summary: We absolutely loved our time at 20R. As we were waiting for repairs on our motor home while travelling we had to find accommodation and having only electric bikes for transport the location to everything was perfect. It is also extremely comfortable and roomy. Would definitely stay here again.
