Positive: Location was great - practically across the street from tge beach. Not in the center of town, but that was a plus: nice to be outside the crowds of centro. The place was brand new so it was modern and clean with all functioning amenities, including amazing air conditioning (which really was so important considering the super hot temperatures in Italy during our stay!). The place was immaculately clean and all sheets and bedding looked practically brand new. The hoes were very accommodating, helpful and professional.

Negative: However, they were constructing a large multi-apartment building right behind the apartment (directly outside the two bedroom windows) lazy vacation mornings of sleeping in were not possible because of the construction noise every morning 😢 Check in was a bit of a hassle since there was no live person and with spotty data and Wi-Fi it was difficult to process the city tax payment they required to get the code to enter. Took us about an hour to enter the apartment from when we first arrived. The parking space was free which is nice, but it was really small so it was difficult to get the car in and out and we couldn’t close the garage once the car was inside. The biggest negative is the price point and the fact that there was only one bathroom. Normally we would not spend this much money without breakfast included, or a second bathroom. It was a fabulous clean modern place with air conditioning, but the price point was still too steep and at this price point you could very easily stay in a hotel with clean linens every day, breakfast included and bathrooms for everyone.

Summary: Amazing location, clean and new facility, air conditioning, but expensive.
