Summary: We were given a basement room. Not happy about that. Room was small but clean, bed comfortable but pillows hard as rocks. The free breakfast was very stingy. Parking not adjacent as described but down the block accrued the street and but managed by the hotel.

Summary: I have stayed multiple times at John Hotel when I visit Flushing Chinatown. Location is great! Walking distance to Tangram Mall, many restaurants and Number 7 train. no parking but there are parking garages nearby. Safe area. Quiet. Check in always fast and efficient and without any issue. Rooms are always clean, modern, Comfortable bed and clean linens. Bathroom clean, plenty of hot water. Walk in shower. Toiletries provided. AC worked well. Fridge, microwave and electric kettle in room. Room well lit. adequate outlets. Good WiFi. Excellent complimentary breakfast ie eggs, bagels, luncheon meat, toast, muffins, oatmeal and congee. Excellent coffee. Decent amount of seating for breakfast. Check out was very efficient also. This is my go to hotel when I visit and will continue to be.

Summary: It was as advertised. Not a pool gym or late night bar, But clean room and bathroom- good strong shower and helpful staff. Great location few block walk to the 7 train into Times Square. Surrounded but great food.

Summary: Location was great for the US Open and Mets Baseball. Staff were friendly and helpful. The noise from plane traffic and activity in the hallways was not the best.

Summary: Bring a lot of water. They will tell to give them a $100 more for room deposit so keep that in mind. The beds are stiff as wood. The pillow aren’t much better. Overall you’re getting the price you paid. I honestly won’t be back. I recommend saving up more money for another hotel. Thanks for reading! Byeee

Summary: The hotel was good and the staff was amazing. They took care of all our requests with no issues. The location was great. We were next to Tangram mall and lots of excellent restaurants.
