Positive: Bang on the beach and above Joets Restaurant and Bar. The restaurant offers discounts to the guests staying at the guesthouse. The room was beyond my expectations, spacious bed, comfy bed, balcony.

Negative: It should have a swimming pool or access to Coconut Creek resort (hotel of the same group)
