Positive: Host met us on arrival. Lovely and clean. Newly decorated. Kitchen and bathroom sufficient. Good location for travelling.

Negative: Parking is a big issue. No disabled parking close by. A neighbour told us to move the car twice but nothing close by for disabled driver. Beds are uncomfortable, creaking every time turning over, keeping others awake. Sea glimpses, close but not close to the sea. There was no privacy in a very small terrace area with a large hole behind bench, which we weren't warned about.

Positive: Although not true to say it has its own private beach, it feels like it does as the nearest beach is ten minutes walk away and is only accessible by foot, so is seldom busy.

Negative: Nothing really.

Positive: Great place and location perfect for strolling down to the sea. Friendly host and can't fault the stay! We will look to return.

Negative: For good food you do need travel out of Mullion but the local is fine for a drink and friendly.

Summary: Jim made us fee very welcome. Lovely location away from the busy tourist spots

Positive: James and his wife were lovely hosts. We picked up our keys from James just before 4 PM after travelling from Cambridge. It's the first time we've stayed in a converted barn rather than going to the usual B&B. We found the barn looked very nice inside and was very spacious and clean. I loved the flexibility of waking up when we liked for breakfast rather than a specific time when you stay in a traditional B&B. The nearby Polurrian Beach is lovely and hidden from most tourists. Having tea at the Polurrian on the Lizard is very nice with a great view. We travelled down to Lizard Point and walking along the coast was wonderful. Helford Passage is also very nice. This holiday was special for us because we travelled to the Isles of Scilly to see where our ancestors lived in the 1700s (Penzance Station Taxi Transfer -> Land’s End Airport -> St Mary's).

Negative: Very minor things:- Frying pan was a bit worn out, if more than 2 people are using Netfix you can't log into Netflix. But having Netflix was great as we enjoyed watching Harry Potter.
